On occasion a speaker/presenter is unavoidably detained from being able to make his or her scheduled call. We have a backup system in place. In the event a speaker is not on the call at the appointed time, we can usually get a replacement speaker in less than 5 minutes. If you are on a call when this happens, designate one person to call one of the people below. These people should be called ONLY in emergency situations. Explain to those on the line that the call has been made and a new speaker will arrive shortly. Please dial the following people only in the following order:
